SPREADS
1. Do your spreads need to be refrigerated?
Our high-protein spreads are best stored in a cool, dry place, and refrigeration is not required. However, for an extra indulgent experience, some customers prefer storing them in the refrigerator for a firmer texture. Regardless of your preference, ensure the lid is securely closed to maintain freshness. Enjoy MAD spreads at your convenience!
2. What is the shelf life of your spreads?
Our High Protein Spreads have a shelf life of 12 months, if unopened with the seal still intact.
Once opened, you’ve got 3 months to use the High Protein spread, but we doubt it will take you that long.
3. Are the spreads gluten-free?
Yes, our high-protein spreads are crafted with a commitment to catering to various dietary preferences. They are gluten-free, making them suitable for those with gluten sensitivities or those following a gluten-free lifestyle. We prioritize creating delicious and inclusive options for everyone to enjoy.
4. Do your spreads contain allergens?
Yes, our high-protein spreads contain allergens. They vary based on product flavor, however, all spreads contain peanuts and milk. Some do include soy, as well. If you have allergies to any of these ingredients, we recommend reviewing the product labels and consulting with your healthcare provider before consumption. We take the utmost care in crafting our spreads and are committed to providing transparent information about our ingredients to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
ORDER INFORMATION
1. How will you ship my order?
Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number with each order you make.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently at this time, we do NOT ship internationally. However, we are working to expand our distribution worldwide, ASAP!
3. How long will it take to get my package?
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. You should receive your order within 2-5 days depending on location.
4. Says "delivered," but I don't see it anywhere.
If this occurs, USPS will do all they can to re-deliver your package properly. Please give this an extra day or so to work itself out. We know this can be super frustrating.
If your order still hasn't been delivered, please reach out to us immediately.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. Do you offer refunds?
We do not accept returns or refunds or exchanges. However, if your item is damaged or defective, please reach out to us at help@madsnx.com.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. The seal on my spread is not secure, what do I do?
Please reach out to us immediately at help@madsnx.com.
3. Can I exchange my order for something else?
No, we are sorry! We do not process exchanges or returns as these are food items.
